Jac is deeply committed to helping individuals manage their pain through a compassionate, biopsychosocial approach. Recognizing that each person’s pain journey is unique, she tailors care plans to meet individual needs, adapting them as those needs evolve. With nearly 20 years of nursing experience, including eight as a Nurse Practitioner, Jac has dedicated much of her career to providing primary healthcare to marginalized communities at the North End Community Health Centre and MOSH. Her extensive experience has fostered valuable connections in complex chronic pain, addictions, and mental health. Outside of work, Jac enjoys life with her wife, two young children, and their Goldendoodle, Tails, cherishing time spent outdoors and sharing laughter.
