Karen Lake is a Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of healthcare experience across primary care, acute care, mental health, veterans’ health, and complex chronic condition management.
Known for her compassionate and down-to-earth approach, Karen is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care. She takes the time to understand each person’s unique health story and works collaboratively to build realistic, evidence-informed care plans that support long-term wellness and quality of life.
Karen’s areas of focus include complex chronic conditions, integrative health solutions, ADHD assessment, diagnosis and medication management, women’s and men’s health concerns such as contraception, menopause, hormone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction and weight management, as well as workplace injury recovery, motor vehicle accident recovery, and veterans’ health advocacy.
