Why Sitting is Bad for You

The majority of the caseload I see is made up of people who say, “Why am I in pain, I didn’t do anything?”.

Many jobs recently have shifted to sitting jobs at a desk. Sitting has a cumulative effect that is more detrimental to you than you may think.
