Melissa was born and raised in Sussex, New Brunswick, and moved to Halifax in 2014. She has worked in various customer support roles throughout her career, most recently within the banking sector. She joined the One to One Wellness team in September of 2023, and she has a passion for serving our clients to make everyone feel welcome and supported in our fitness studios.
In her free time, Melissa loves getting lost in a good book, hiking, and swimming.
