Downtown Halifax
We’re happy to welcome you to One to One Wellness. If you’re coming for an in-person appointment, you’ll find us in the Vertu building, located on Dresden Row and Artillery Place. We are located in Suite 210, which can be found on the office level (button 2 in the elevator).

Where to Park
Parking is not always easy in downtown Halifax. We’re here to make it a little easier. If you have any issues finding us, please call us at 902-701-9054.
Paid street parking is available on most downtown streets, including Dresden Row and Birmingham Street. Free parking is available here after 6PM and on weekends and holidays.
Between 8AM and 6PM, you will find pay stations where you pay-by-plate and pay-by-zone. You can also use the HotSpot app rather than a pay station if you’d prefer. Our clinic is located in zone C.
Indoor parking is available in the Vertu shops parkade. The entrance is found on Birmingham Street. We recommend that you park on level P1 (keep following the arrows and drive up). There are usually more parking spots available on this level, and along with the elevator that will bring you closest to our clinic.
After you park your car, head towards the purple wall that says Pete’s Frootique & Fine Foods. Enter the green elevator located opposite this wall. Choose the office level (button 2). When you exit the elevator, turn left, and you will find us at the end of the hall, suite 210.
Accessibility is extremely important to us, and we want to make it as easy as we can for our clients.
There are accessible parking spots on Artillery Way (the street between Dresden Row and Birmingham Street). You can also find an accessible entrance on Artillery Way to Vertu shops, where we are located: It is the only entrance to our building with a ramp.
Once inside this entrance, head down to the end of the hall and find the elevator to your right. Choose the office level (button 2). When you exit the elevator, turn left, and you will find us at the end of the hall, suite 210.
If you would prefer to park inside, there is an accessible parking spot in the parkade at the very top of P1. However, this elevator is considered accessible by all of the open parking spaces on the top level. There are also 2 accessible parking spots on P2 (main level) in close proximity to the green elevators.
