Tyler joins One to One Wellness Centre as a graduate of Dalhousie University’s Masters of Science in Physiotherapy program. His educational background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mount Allison University and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University. With a passion for professional development, Tyler is in the process of completing courses through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and Biomedical Dry Needling to better serve the needs of his clients.

Special areas of interest include orthopaedics, sport injuries, chronic pain and research on how movement patterns can contribute to pain. Tyler believes in taking the time to educate his clients to help them independently achieve their personal goals. Tyler’s treatment technique is personalized and based on an individual’s needs and goals. Treatment plans include a variety of practices, including joint and neural mobilization techniques, strength training and home exercise programs, somatic exercises, soft tissue techniques and gentle hands on techniques to increase body awareness.
