Choosing the right therapist for you is one of the most important decisions you can make to accelerate your recovery or help you overcome pain. Unfortunately, many people make this choice based solely on location or convenience, rather than checking out their options, finding the best fit, and ensuring the right approach.
There is, of course, no obligation. If therapy is recommended, we will be happy to schedule a full evaluation for you and continue the process to strengthen your health.
Millions of Canadians suffer from back and neck pain on a daily basis. These are one of the main reasons they come to see physiotherapists. We strongly believe that knowledge is power and that once you understand what pain is and how complex it is, you can then start taking control of it instead of the pain controlling you.
Approximately 40% of all adults experience dizziness severe enough to report to their doctor. Unfortunately, many physicians only prescribe drugs that may help at first but can make the problem worse over time. Vestibular rehab, when administered by a physiotherapist, can eliminate the problem in as little as 1-2 treatments depending on the severity.
There are several different types of headaches, some of which can be debilitating. At One to One Wellness we can help you determine which kind of headache you are experiencing and in most cases treat the cause to get you back to living your life again, without harmful pain medication.
Arthritis and other joint pain can be debilitating. Drugs commonly prescribed can have a host of side effects. While physiotherapy can’t reverse arthritic degeneration, it can help by increasing mobility in the joint and reducing pain.
